Hi all! I'd like to know which medicine you usually take to bring down high temperature.
There are so many options, like ibuprofen, paracetamol, aspirin, and others, but I’d love to hear which one you personally find effective.
Are you more into store-bought medicine or do you rely on home remedies instead?
How quickly do they help? Would love to hear your thoughts!
